You may be charged Cancellation fee if Cab reaches the client’s Location and waits till 6minutes, and client does not contact with driver. cancellation fee will be adjusted in next ride or adjusted from wallet. Client shall be required. to pay charges for the service used by client either by using the online payment (UPI, NETBANKING, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, WALLET) or by cash to the cab driver. The fare for the Service shall be notified in the App/website before and after final compliance the trip. Client shall be pay convenience fee and service charge to the driver, after compliance the trip, we will facilitate for the client to receive a copy of the invoice from company in your register email address. After using the service any payment made is non-refundable. The online payment mode is through a third-party payment gateway, all the online payment is safe and secure.

If a customer wants to wave his Cancellation fees customer has to provide valid reason and share the the screenshot of the trip details we will refund the amount in customer wallet within 24 to 48 hours after verification. firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer will get the fare breakup when the customer puts the drop location during booking.
The customer can check the fare breakup before and after the trip.
